    ROOMS AND RESERVATIONS

    1. Rooms are subject to availability when the Tour confirmation is received

    CHILD POLICY FOR ROOM RESERVATION:

    1. Children between the age of 0 – 5 years FOC.
    2. Children between the age of 6 – 12 years 50% of the meal rate sharing parents room . (Max 02 children) .
    3. Children 12 yrs & above at adult rate.

    RATES

    1. Rates quoted are Per Person / Group inclusive of Government taxes and are net and non-commission-able.
    2. All the rates using in the Itinerary stated in United States Dollar.
    3. The package cost is not including the Bank charges or transfer charges.
    4. Full Payment need to received on or before 30 days of Arrival.
    5. Quotations are valid for 30 days only.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    1. Cancellations within 01 to 06 days of the arrival date – 100% of the value of the booking.
    2. Cancellations within 7 to 13 days of the arrival date        – 50% of the value of the booking.
    3. Cancellations within 14 to 28 days of the arrival date      – 25% of the value of the booking.
    4. Cancellations beyond 28 days of the arrival date             – No Fee
    5. No show policy: No show will be charged 100% booking value
